The Lat Pulldown allows you to train the muscles that give width to the back as the great dorsal and the great round. Other muscles involved in the technical gesture are rhomboid and trapezium. The standard chin-up bar allows a prone or supine grips with different widths and different muscle activations. The use of additional bars and/ or optional handles allows you to expand the opportunity of training and muscle stimulation.
